The coast of Maine had always been a family tradition for this couple, a place to gather and unwind with family and friends adjacent the summer-loving community of Boothbay Harbor.
Ocean Point Cottage

Tight design restrictions on a postage stamp-sized lot were both a challenge and the attraction for this two-bedroom cottage. Beautiful views of the ocean and classic cottage aesthetics have been incorporated. The program/layout of the cottage allows for an instant connection with the ocean. Each room is comprised of classic, clean lines with white hues that complement the ever-changing colors of the seasons, weather and surrounding landscape. Perched on the edge of the bay, this quaint cottage is grounded by its formidable stone chimney. The wrapped shingles with a flair and red cedar roof give this small home added visual interest. The clean lines are beautiful against the backdrop of ocean hues.
The cottage is a threshold to rejuvenating the soul with relaxation and laughter. Immersed in sunshine, salty air and beautiful vista, the home beckons its owners to return each spring.
